We began as a two-person workshop dedicated to recovering regional stitching techniques and translating them into contemporary product and textile applications. Over five years we developed proprietary workflows that bridge analogue skillsets and programmable embroidery machines to offer consistent, small-batch production with artisanal finish.

Our story
Challenge
Local artisans had rich stitch vocabularies but inconsistent sampling and scarce route to small production. Clients sought repeatable quality with provenance.
Approach
We documented traditional stitches, translated them into vector-driven embroidery files and paired each design with a production recipe that preserves hand-finished details.
Result
Designs now move from sample to limited production with predictable lead times and verifiable material lists; clients receive technical mockups alongside finished swatches.

What is a production recipe?
A recipe lists thread types, stitch densities, backing and sequence required to reproduce a design reliably at scale.
Do you supply thread and backing?
We offer material sourcing as part of packages, or clients can provide specified materials for production runs.
What are typical lead times?
Samples: 2–3 weeks. Small production runs: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and materials.
Can you scale beyond small batches?
We coordinate with partner facilities for larger volumes while retaining our quality controls and recipes.
